To Register:

Register online from now until March 18th with a credit card at Active.com, or you can save a couple of bucks and download the registration form and mail it in with your payment. Registration will close when we get 150 entries.

Benefitting:

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Kiwanis Foundation Endowment Fund. This will help insure that the Kiwanis Club of Prescott will be helping kids and supporting projects for kids in the community of Prescott for many years to come.

Race Day:

Packet pick-up will begin at the race site at 9:00am.  The TA opens at 9:00am.  Late Registration closes at 10:00am. Race start time is 11:00am.

The GORD March 20, 2010

Go! Off Road Duathlon in Prescott, AZ

GORDRide and run in Prescott in March in the GORD! This off road duathlon has a 1.5 mile trail run, a 8.2 mile mountain bike, and finishes with a 2.2 mile trail run.

The GORD is open to men, women, and children 16 years or older on race day. There is also a 2 person relay division where a team can have one person do the running, and another do the biking.

This course is composed of wide track decomposed granite paths and twisting narrow single track.  There is about 900' total vertical climb in it, so it will test you but not kill you.

Solo divisions will be 16-18, 19-29,30-39,40-49,50+ for men and women. Awards will be give to the top 3 finishers in each division. Relay teams will be all in one division with awards given out to the top 3 places. Overall men's and women's winners will receive trophies.  The race director may add divisions at his discretion.

Entry Fees: 

Single Entry by Feb. 28th, 2010 = $40                                                  March 1st - Race Day = $50
Relay Entry by Feb. 28th, 2010 = $65                                                 March 1st - Race Day = $80
   Each person entered will get a T-shirt and a SWAG bag full of goodies.

Race Day Entry - there is no guarantee you will get a T-shirt or SWAG
Anyone registering on race day must do so by 10:00am.
